•Standard Shipping – Your package will be shipped via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 days. Prices are as follows:

Orders totaling $0.01 - $49.99 = $5.95
Orders totaling $50.00 - $99.99 = $6.95
Orders totaling $100.00 - $149.99 = $7.95
Orders totaling $150.00 - $199.99 = $8.95
Orders totaling $200.00 and up = $9.95

• Express Shipping – Your package will be shipped via USPS express mail with a tracking number. Shipping time is overnight to MOST areas.

Orders totaling $0.01 - $49.99 = $21.95
Orders totaling $50.00 - $99.99 = $22.95
Orders totaling $100.00 - $149.99 = $23.95
Orders totaling $150.00 - $199.99 = $24.95
Orders totaling $200.00 - $299.99 = $27.95
Orders totaling $300.00 and up = $30.95

• Rush my order! – For an additional charge of $18.00 your proof will be ready for viewing within 1 business day of receiving order and payment; and will be shipped within 2 business days of proof approval.

Cancellations and Returns

Due to the nature of personalized products, returns are not accepted.

For all invitation and announcement orders you are required to approve a proof before printing begins. Unless you request changes, your invitation and/or announcement will be printed exactly like the proof. If you fail to inform us of a mistake and need them reprinted, we will give you a 20% discount off the normal price. Please be sure to look your proof over well.

If you have not already approved your proof, order cancellations are accepted with a $15.00 cancellation fee. Once you approve your proof, we no longer accept cancellations. Chances are we have already printed your order.

Rush My Order fees are always non-refundable.

Cancellations are not excepted for items that do not receive a proof (i.e. folded and fill-in-the-blank note cards, address labels, envelope seals, advice cards, goody bag labels, gift tags/enclosures, calling cards and candy wrappers). Chances are we have already printed your order.

Returns and cancellations are not accepted for blank card stock. We suggest ordering a sample before placing your order to be sure it’s compatible with your printer.

If Retro Whimsy Designs prints an error on our side or alters your approved proof in any way, we will RUSH reprints and ship it free of charge. If we make a mistake, we’ll make it right. Excellent customer service is a priority of ours!
