  1. Can I order a sample before placing my order?
    Of course! While we work hard to bring you only the highest quality items, we understand you may still wish to see the exact paper type, feel and color. We are certain you’ll be thrilled with any product you order, but are more than happy to send you a sample.


  2. Will I see my invitation/announcement before it is printed and mailed?
    Proofs are optional. Upon your request, a free proof will be provided. If you choose to receive a proof, you will receive it via email within 1-2 business days.


  3. Will I see proofs for the coordinating items I’ve purchased?
    Proofs are optional for coordinating items, but are not standard as the chance for error is very small. There is a $5.00 fee for these proofs.


  4. I’ve found the perfect invitation but cannot seem to find the coordinating items, do you have them?
    We list new invitation designs on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. We may not get all the coordinating items listed right away but will certainly add them per customer request. We can create coordinating items for most any design in our store. Please feel free contact us anytime!


  5. What type of card stock do you use?
    Please see our Paper Weight & Texture page for details. There are no flimsy invitations here! We also have specialty paper available for an additional charge. Please contact us for availability and prices.


  6. Can I request a different font style or font color?
    You may use the font color of your choice. If you would like a color different than the one shown on the sample card, please use the drop down box to specify the color you would like.


  7. What all is included in the price?
    Printing, personalization and coordinating envelopes are included with every invitation, announcement and note card order. You also get one proof at no additional charge with invitation and announcement orders. The price of all other items (address labels, envelope seals, gift tags, goody bag labels), include personalization only.


  8. When should I expect to receive my order?
    The arrival date-range of each item is determined by adding the minimum of the processing time and the minimum of the shipping time and the maximum of the processing time and the maximum of the shipping time. For example, if you buy invitations that take 1-2 days for the proof and 3-4 days for processing; and you choose the standard shipping method of 2-3 business days, you should receive your order in 6-9 business days, given you approve the proof in a timely manner. Please note, you can slow this process down by not checking your email for questions or proof approval.


  9. What are my payment options?
    At this time we accept credit cards, checks and money orders. Please note, if you are paying by mail your order will not be processed until cleared payment is received.


  10. I am pressed for time on my daughter's birthday invitations and need a rush process and delivery, will you be able to do this?
    Yes! We are always happy to assist. Please note that especially in attempts to expedite your order, it is very important to check your email quite frequently for proof approval or any questions, as non-availability will only delay the order. Be sure to choose the rush processing option at checkout, and also consider upgrading to express mail.


  11. I don't see the theme I'm looking for on your website. Do you do custom orders?
    Yes! If you have a specific theme that is not listed please contact us. We work with some very talented graphic artists who can design any item JUST FOR YOU! There is sometimes a very reasonable fee for this. If you need coordinating items like note cards or address labels we can customize those too at no additional charge. The limitations are only limited by your imagination!


  12. I really love your cheerleader invitation. However, the girl has blonde hair and my daughter is a brunette, can this be changed?
    Hair color and skin color can be changed in some cases. If this is an option, there will be a drop down box where you can specify the colors you would like.


  13. Can I use my own wording?
    Yes! All items are just samples and can be customized for your special occasion. Feel free to use your own wording or modify our wording however you see fit.


  14. Can I order blank card stock and print the text on my home printer?
    Yes! Blank card stock is compatible with most inkjet printers. Because we use heavy card stock, they are only compatible with some laser printers. If you are unsure, we recommend ordering a sample first to be sure it is compatible with your printer. Returns are not accepted for blank card stock orders.
