The Proof If you choose to receive a proof, your proof will be sent via email. While our staff always looks for grammar mistakes and typos, it is very important that you also look your proof over well. Unless you request changes, the product will be printed exactly like the proof. Please notify us of any changes you would like to text or layout. We will provide up to two additional proofs free of charge. We want you to be happy with how your product looks, and your order will not print and ship until we receive final approval from you. Processing and Shipping Note: To find out when you should expect a proof and when you should expect your order to be shipped, please see our current processing schedules below.
Proof Schedule The current proof schedule is 1-2 business days from the time we receive payment and personalized text. Orders must be received by 2pm EST to be considered as an order for that day, otherwise, the order will be considered 'received' the following business day.
Processing Schedule The current processing schedule is 2-3 business days from the time we receive proof approval. If the items you are ordering do not require a proof, or you chose not to receive a proof, processing starts immediately once payment and personalized text is received.
Note: For an additional charge, rush processing is available. With rush processing you will receive your proof within 1 business day and your order will ship within 2 business days of receiving proof approval (if applicable).
