Order Process

The Proof
An optional proof will be provided free of charge for all invitation, announcement and photo card orders. If you choose to receive a proof for other products (i.e. return address labels or note cards), there is a $5.00 proof fee. The chance for error on these items is very low, so we do not offer proofs as a standard.

If you choose to receive a proof, your proof will be sent via email. While our staff always looks for grammar mistakes and typos, it is very important that you also look your proof over well. Unless you request changes, the product will be printed exactly like the proof. Please notify us of any changes you would like to text or layout. We will provide up to two additional proofs free of charge. We want you to be happy with how your product looks, and your order will not print and ship until we receive final approval from you.

Processing and Shipping
Once we receive proof approval (if applicable) we will begin to process your order for shipment. For an additional fee you can upgrade to rush processing and/or USPS express mail (overnight to most areas). These are great options if you need your order fast. Proof Schedule

The current proof schedule is 1-2 business days from the time we receive payment and personalized text. Orders must be received by 2pm EST to be considered as an order for that day, otherwise, the order will be considered 'received' the following business day.

Processing Schedule

The current processing schedule is 2-3 business days from the time we receive proof approval. If the items you are ordering do not require a proof, or you chose not to receive a proof, processing starts immediately once payment and personalized text is received.

Note: For an additional charge, rush processing is available. With rush processing you will receive your proof within 1 business day and your order will ship within 2 business days of receiving proof approval (if applicable).

Disclaimers
We do not guarantee the timeliness of any shipping service. We have no control over what happens once an item leaves our hands. We reserve the right to place our company name and/or logo on the bottom, backside of the invitation and/or note card. If your envelope color choice is out of stock or on backorder, we reserve the right to give you a replacement coordinating color.
