Mission statement for Every Child Should Party -  "We are a local cause, based in Bremerton, WA. Our mission is to ensure each child gets an opportunity to celebrate their special day no matter life's circumstances. We provide a birthday party complete with decorations, activities, and a gift for the special child. A cake will also be provided for each child by Free Cakes for Kids - a local non-profit organization.
